Our story

Services MNG is a specialized mining exploration services company founded in 2014 by Nathalie Garneau and Martin Genest. With their complementary expertise and experience in the field, Services MNG is now recognized for its service, credibility, and reliability.

Since its creation, Services MNG has facilitated the realization of mining exploration campaigns for its clients. The flexible and competitive services allow Services MNG to meet all needs. Furthermore, the company has invested heavily in assets and equipment to meet the rapid growth of its business.

Services MNG is a family business with a second generation in its team. Services MNG is a family business with a second generation in its team. Nicolas Genest has been Operations Manager since November 2022, and his brother Mathiew-Lee Genest is gradually integrating into the company, taking on responsibility for special projects.

Martin Genest

General Foreman

Martin has been working in the mining exploration field for more than 30 years and enjoys an excellent reputation. He has a thorough understanding of all stages of a drilling campaign. The quality of the training he provides to our employees and the follow-up he provides during the execution of our clients’ mandates contribute directly to the success of their projects. With his 18 years of experience as a geological technician, Martin worked as a self-employed worker in this field before finally creating Services MNG in 2014 with Nathalie Garneau.

CEO

Nathalie, President, and CEO, has extensive experience in accounting and administration, including over 13 years in mining exploration. Nathalie is well-versed in drilling campaign management and ensures effective management of business relationships with our clients. In collaboration with her team, she proposes solutions that are tailored to the needs and budgets of our clients.

Nicolas Genest

Director of Operations

Nicolas has over eleven years of experience in the mining industry. He has taken numerous courses that have allowed him to develop his technical knowledge, safety-related to the industry, and leadership skills. Familiar with the family business and sharing its values, he quickly gained the trust of clients, team members, suppliers, and business partners.

Mathiew-Lee Genest

Special projects

Mathiew-Lee has a DEP in ore processing and over 10 years’ experience in mining, including 5 as a team leader. He has added numerous technical and leadership training to his knowledge. He is currently lending a helping hand to the family business by occasionally carrying out special projects in organizational development.
